Once access is approved and content is unlocked, refunds are generally not available.
If a duplicate payment or failed delivery occurs, contact support with your order number and transaction ID.
Refund or adjustment requests are reviewed case by case by the admin team.
Free materials and free courses do not involve payment and are not eligible for refunds.
